You complete our ‘Getting to know your business’ questionnaire so we can learn about your business and get to know your business goals and needs.

DISCOVERY CHAT
We call you to discuss your business, the current state of your bookkeeping and your business goals.
We discuss our services and answer any questions that you may have.

BOO-KEE HEALTH CHECK
You invite us into your Xero file so we can review and check-over how you’ve been processing your business activities. We go through our findings with you and highlight any issues we may have found.

BOO-KEE DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW
We complete a diagnostic review of your books, to give us a clear understanding of the scope of work needed for your business and so that we can provide you with an accurate price for our services.

MEET + choose PACKAGE
We meet (in person or via zoom) and choose which of our packages fits your business best, based of the needs of your business and the things you value most.

ONBOARDING
We sign you up and introduce you to our team. We provide you with information on our services and set out what to expect from us.

You can choose to receive basic reports - these include Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
We also offer advanced reporting which delves into forecasting, budgets and helps with cash flow. These powerful reports are there to help you better understand your business’ financial position so you can make wiser business decisions.

ATO LODGEMENTS
Care bookkeeping: we prepare and lodge your IAS’s and BAS’s - on time, every time - ensuring you are compliant with the ATO all year round.
Catch Up/Clean Up bookkeeping: we will prepare and lodge any outstanding and overdue IAS’s and BAS’s and/or lodge any revisions if necessary - ensuring you are compliant with the ATO asap.
