You complete our ‘Getting to know your business’ questionnaire so we can learn about your business and get to know your business goals and needs.

DISCOVERY CHAT
We call you to discuss your business, the current state of your bookkeeping (payroll included) and your business goals.
We discuss our services and answer any questions that you may have.

BOO-KEE HEALTH CHECK
You invite us into your Xero file so we can review and check-over how you’ve been processing your business activities (payroll included). We go through our findings with you and highlight any issues we may have found.

BOO-KEE DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW
We complete a diagnostic review of your books which includes your payroll, to give us a clear understanding of the scope of work needed for your business and so that we can provide you with an accurate price for our services.

MEET + Choose PACKAGE
We meet (in person or via zoom) and choose which of our packages fits your business best, based of the needs of your business and the things you value most.

ONBOARDING
We sign you up and introduce you to our team. We provide you with information on our services and set out what to expect from us.

a ) IMPLEMENT PAYROLL SET UP
We work on your payroll set up as per the agreed scope and timeframe.
We actively communicate with you if we require any further information from you.
We let notify you once your set up has been complete.
b) PAYROLL REVIEW
You invite us into your Xero file so we can review and check-over how you’ve been processing your payroll. We go through our findings with you and highlight any issues we may have found.
We put forward to you our recommended resolutions and recommend improvements to your processes and procedures.
c) MANAGE YOUR PAYROLL ON XERO
We work on your payroll as per the agreed scope and timeframe in your payroll management package.
We report on anything we find as we go and actively communicate with you to confirm our understanding of your business to make sure we deliver on your goals.
We let you know when things arise and send you any queries that we need answered to complete your payroll.
